Update February 2005: Fido Communications, Inc. has just completed an ambitious video based sales training program for IBM - Personal Computing Division. This is the division that sells desktop and notebook computers to businesses. The new program is designed to compliment IBM's Signature Selling Method with an introduction to Conversation Management Skills. A central component of the training is a 26 minute video dramatization of a sales case study. Participants see an IBM sales team create a strategy and make five sales calls on a prospective customer. Ask us about it -- we are very proud of it, and IBM is delighted with it.
